We Pursue the Right Party

In property insurance disputes, we pursue benefits under the policy from the insurance carrier. In construction defect matters, we pursue claims against the responsible builders, contractors, design professionals, and other involved parties.
Amounts and outcomes depend on the facts, policy language, contracts, and applicable law. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
